The Apartments at The Sandcastle
The Sandcastle features two ground-level apartments. Each has two bedrooms and sleeps six. The apartments are equipped with full-sized kitchens and private baths. Each apartment has designated areas on the patio with picnic tables and ample space to set up beach chairs.
About the Space - Apartment 1
Located on the Public Way-Side of The Sandcastle, Apartment 1 is the larger of the two apartments and features ample living and sleeping space. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a generously sized closet, and the second larger bedroom features a queen bed and two twin beds. Apartment 1 a full bath with tub shower, a private staircase to the patio, and instant access to the public way.

Shared Spaces and Beach Access
The Patio is a shared space. Each unit has a designated picnic table and has access to a third of the patio. Please be considerate of other occupants. We also provide a limited number of beach chairs for each unit.
Beach Access is via the Public Way. A stairway at the end of Crescent Lane leads down to the beach and is maintained by the town of Wells.
Linens
Linens and Towels are provided. Because we have limited on-site laundry we use a linen rental company. The linen bundles, which include sheet sets for all beds, bath towel sets for every occupant and beach towels, are delivered by 5PM on the day of your arrival. These come as a bundle and it is the occupants responsibility to make the beds. Upon check-out, the rental linens must bagged and left on the porch of the house for pick-up.

High Season rates apply from the Third Saturday in June to the Second Saturday in September. Saturday check-in/check-out only. Seven-night minimum. The weekly rate does not include 9% Maine's state tax. Linens are provided by a linen service and dropped off by 5 pm the day of your arrival. Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 10 am.
Apartment 1 Low Season Rates
$405/night

Low Season runs from the Third Sunday in September to the Second Sunday in June. Three-night minimum. The nightly rate does not include 9% Maine's state tax. Essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, and linens (sheets, bath and beach towels) are provided. Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 10 am.
About the Space - Apartment 2
Located on the lawn-side of The Sandcastle, Apartment 2 features an ample entrance way and two similarly-sized bedrooms, leading to a large living area. Situated next to the yard, Apartment 2 has access to a shared laundry line and has a private staircase to the patio.

Living Area Features two twin beds tucked into an alcove off the living room.
